THE FULL STORY

I've always loved designing things. This started off very young as I wielded crayons, markers and paint faster than you could yell, "STOP"! I vividly remember the fond moments of standing in front of my masterpiece, a crayon drawing on the wall, although my onlookers appeared less than thrilled by the defacing that had just occurred.

Fast forward a few years into grade school, my artistic journey evolved and began a deeper exploration of design and my creative path.​

Of course the silly Saturday morning ritual of watching Looney Tunes, sparked an early passion for cartooning. Eager to hone my skills, I delved into countless books on cartooning basics and art lessons, enriching my foundational understanding of design and drawing. The influence of my father, a software developer, fueled my interest in digital design, prompting me to learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop, and Illustrator during my high school years.


While initially set on a path to become a graphic designer and web developer, a transformative experience occurred in my sophomore year during a missions trip to Ukraine with my church. Feeling a profound shift in my calling, I discovered a newfound desire to work with students, recognizing the need for guidance, love, and encouragement among my peers and future generations. But I never lost the creative itch for digital design. 

Since 2009, I've dedicated myself to continuous self-development as a graphic designer, leveraging my roles as a student pastor and creative pastor for over 15 years to refine my skills and passion for helping people. In my current endeavors, I find joy in making the entire client experience enjoyable, exciting, and engaging. Through collaborative brainstorming, we navigate the possibilities and challenges of each project, walking hand-in-hand through the creative process. The goal is to cultivate not just a design, product, website, or apparel, but an incredible BOLD outcome that brings smiles to you, the client.
