In the world of plumbing, standing out isn’t easy—but Armstrong Plumbing wasn’t looking for ordinary. Owner Jimmy came to Searles Creative with a vision: could his name, inspired by Neil Armstrong, shape a space-themed brand? The answer? Absolutely. We launched a NASA-inspired identity, complete with lunar elements, vibrant colors, and an astronaut mascot, turning Armstrong Plumbing into a one-of-a-kind brand that’s impossible to miss.

The Challenge
With so many generic plumbing brands in the market, Armstrong Plumbing needed a unique and memorable identity that would help them stand out in town and against competitors. The goal was to create a fun, high-energy brand that played off the Armstrong name while still maintaining professionalism and trustworthiness.
Solution
We designed a NASA-inspired wordmark, a lunar drop logo, and an astronaut mascot equipped with flags, wrenches, and other tools of the trade. The bold color palette of bright pinks, blues, and purples ensured the brand would pop on trucks, signage, and uniforms. The result? A plumbing company that looks more like a space mission than a service provider—and that’s exactly the kind of attention it gets.
Now, with branded vans rolling through town, Armstrong Plumbing gets reviews from customers who half-jokingly wish they had plumbing issues just to have the vans parked in front of their homes. Mission accomplished.
